“Elly joined RQAM for a 6-month contract to help ramp up and project manage the “Green Champs” committee - our tenant sustainability initiative. This committee was set up to encourage tenants to reduce their environmental impact, through the roll out of programs such as reducing energy and single-use plastic. During her time with us, Elly added significant value by driving the progress of the committee, facilitating initiatives and bringing creative ideas to the committee to help build tenant involvement and engagement. She also partnered with our MarComms team to conceptualise events to drive a sustainability focus across the portfolio. Elly has such a pleasant demeanour that allowed her to work collaboratively with my team and tenants. I have appreciated Elly’s support in bringing energy, structure and momentum to the program and continuing to drive the progress of the committee.”
