We partnered with the leaders of a carbon management consultancy firm based in Asia to conduct a Market Entry Assessment and Strategy for Singapore for considering expansion into this market. The study took a deep dive into general marketing conditions, competitors, potential opportunities, and costs of setting up an entity in Singapore.

For this project, we utilised a 3-part approach including:

  • Assessment - Should the company enter the market? This included a company and market assessment

  • Feasibility – Can the company enter the market? This included a financial assessment and capability assessment

  • Implementation - How to enter the market? This included a proposed approach, team structure, execution plan, and timeline.
